Millpark is mentioned in the lower right on this sign that is on Route 15, a bit north of Millpark today.

Route 15, was at one time called "The Carolina Road" because it went south to the Carolinas.
It was easy to navigate on that road in the old days, because the mountains were always just to the west of it.
